Grilled Veggies & Beef Roll

2 Bakers Delight Wholegrain LowFOD™ Rolls
4 grilled red capsicum slices
4 grilled zucchini slices
Handful of finely sliced roast beef (approx. 80g)
2 slices cheese


    1. Step 1

      Grill the veggies the night before for dinner, cooking enough to store in the fridge for a few additional meals. Slice finely, brush with extra virgin olive oil, season with a little salt and pepper and grill on a hot plate or BBQ for a couple of minutes on each side.

    2. Step 2

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached

    3. Step 3

      Layer the grilled veggies, the beef and finally the cheese in each roll

    4. Step 4

      Close the rolls and wrap or pop into reusable containers
