Grilled Veggies & Beef Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Roll

2 Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Round Rolls
4 grilled red capsicum slices
4 grilled zucchini slices
4 beetroot slices
100g sliced roast beef
2 slices cheese
Extra virgin olive oil


    1. Step 1

      Slice the veggies finely, brush with extra virgin olive oil, season with a little pepper and grill on a hot plate or BBQ for a couple of minutes each side

    2. Step 2

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached 

    3. Step 3

      Layer the grilled veggies, the beef and finally the cheese in each roll. Close the rolls and wrap or pop into reusable containers
