Falafel, Hummus & Tabouli Sandwich

4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Loaf
2 tb hummus
1 tb Greek yoghurt
½ tb tahini
A few drops of lemon juice
6 small ready-to-eat falafel balls
½ cup tabouli

Method

    1. Step 1

      Lay out the bread slices and spread two slices with hummus. Combine the yoghurt, tahini and lemon and spread this mixture over the other two slices of bread

    2. Step 2

      Divide the falafel balls (half them if they are too big) between the two slices spread with hummus, top with the tabouli and then the tahini yoghurt spread slice. Cut into halves or quarters and wrap or pop into a reusable sandwich container
