2 slices Cape Seed Loaf
2 Falafel cooked to instructions and cut in half
1 Tbsp Tzatziki
¼ cup Red cabbage – shredded
¼ of a small Cucumber
Small handful of pea shoots


    1. Step 1

      Spread bread with tzatziki.

    2. Step 2

      Layer with falafel, red cabbage, cucumber and pea shoots.
