2 Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Wholegrain Roll
2 tsp butter
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled & sliced
1 tomato, deseeded & sliced
2 slices lettuce


    1. Step 1

      Cut the roll in half, without quite going all the way through so the halves are still attached

    2. Step 2

      Spread both sides of the roll with a smear of butter. Layer the egg, tomato and lettuce

    3. Step 3

      Close the roll and wrap or pop into a reusable container
