Introduction
These Buffalo Chicken Sliders bring the heat and the hype. Tender shredded chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, layered with creamy cheese, and tucked into soft lunch box rolls – perfect for feeding a hungry crowd or fuelling your next game-day gathering.

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Remove the skin from the chicken and shred the breast with 2 forks
Marinate the chicken breast with the buffalo sauce and set aside
Cut the dinner rolls lengthways through the 6 at one time to expose the bottom
Line a baking tray and place the bottom half of the rolls down
Spread 1 tbsp butter across the bottom and top with the chicken mixture and cheese
Place the top half of the bread directly on top of the cheese
Melt the butter in a microwave for 10 seconds and add the parsley, salt and pepper
Brush the top of the rolls with the parsley butter
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the top of the rolls look brown and crispy and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, pull apart and enjoy!
