Apple Pie Jaffle

Sweet fruity aromas combined with a cheeky scoop of ice cream and sandwiched between our delicious White Block Loaf, this is one hot apple pie not to be missed!




8 slices White Block Loaf
60g butter, room temperature
400g tinned pie apples
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp ground cinnamon
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream

Cinnamon Sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp caster sugar


    1. Step 1

      Preheat jaffle maker until green light switches on.

    2. Step 2

      Butter each slice of bread with butter.

    3. Step 3

      Mix together the tinned pie apple, raisins, maple syrup and ground cinnamon.

    4. Step 4

      Place two slices of bread, butter side down into the jaffle maker. Spoon half of the apple mixture evenly between the two and place 2 slices of bread on top, butter side up. Cook 3-5 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining bread and apple pie filling.

    5. Step 5

      Combine remaining cinnamon and sugar together and serve jaffles
