    I have been searching a long while for a pizza base which is appropriate for my IBS condition. After much disappointment with other gluten free alternatives, finally I found the Bakers Delight pizza base which is soft and tasty, and it was very simple to make my own pizza with all the healthy low FODMAP ingredients. I am looking forward to switch my bread to the BD version in near future.

    I have been looking for quite a while trying to find FODMAP friendly pizza bases, and I was most satisfied with the Bakers Delight version. At last I can satisfy my desire for a pizza with my own toppings which are suitable for my dietary requirements. The pizza bases have a very soft centre with the right thickness and a little bit of “crust”. Now I don’t have to feel guilty for enjoying this treat. In fact, I can now have it more often due to its healthy ingredients and I always put healthy toppings on them. The pizzas are also so easy to make!

    I don’t use this for pizza,although I’m sure it would taste great
    I squash it in a sandwich press and make crispy pita style Wedges top w hummus,sliced boiled egg and sliced fresh cucumber,whitepepper and tomato,yummy!
    My.kids eat it too,I toast it crispy pop it in the lunchbox,dip w tzatziki or cheese -winner!!
    Only lost a star for using Canoga oil, BD could choose a better less inflammatory oil for peoples better health
