    This is the only bread my family will eat. I don’t have a Bakers Delight local so I have to drive 10kms a week and I buy 7 loaves at a time and put them in the freezer. When thawed the bread is perfect …..as if it’s straight out of the oven . I don’t feel so guilty eating this lovely white bread.

    Fresh – light, and excellent for someone on the Low GI diet. Keeps fresh for several days.
