Libby joined Bakers Delight as a casual sales staff member at the age of 17 and Lachlan a baker at 19. Not only have they found each other through Bakers Delight they have also moved up the ranks and completed the Fresh Franchisee training program and are operating their own bakery while still in their 20s.
