Ryan 27, started his apprenticeship at Bakers Delight just over ten years ago and after becoming a qualified baker and production manager, he completed the Fresh Franchisee training program to learn about operating his own business. Six months later he took over his bakery and today is one of our most successful franchisees in QLD.
