BCNA partnership
Since 1999 Bakers Delight has raised more than $5.5 million for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA), directly supporting thousands of Australian women and their families through their breast cancer journey.
Money raised assists BCNA fund its work in providing support and assistance to those women whose lives have been personally affected by breast cancer, and the 14,000 women expected to be diagnosed in 2011.
Each year Bakers Delight bakeries across Australia join forces with breast cancer survivors and conduct a range of fundraising activities for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) in their effort to support women diagnosed with breast cancer.
Money raised helps BCNA distribute the My Journey Kit – a comprehensive information kit distributed free of charge to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer.
The support of Bakers Delight also enables BCNA to produce the Hope & Hurdles Pack – a resource for women living with secondary breast cancer.
